Frequently asked questions
Is this the same as regular contact?
No. Regular contact (WhatsApp/email) has no payment protection. With Secure Payments, your money is held until you confirm completion.
What if the professional doesn't deliver?
Open a dispute. Our admin team will review and can issue a full refund if the professional failed to deliver.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe's secure checkout. More methods coming soon.
How long does the professional have to complete the work?
That's agreed between you and the professional in the offer. We recommend setting a clear deadline in the offer description.
Can the offer be modified after I've paid?
No. Once payment is made, the offer terms are locked. Modifications must be agreed before payment.
